P’tot Wedges
Ingredients
- 5–6 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into wedges (duh)
- 2 tbsp fry seasoning
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
Directions
- Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 435º F.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and give 'em a toss.
- Plop the p’tots onto baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until your desired crispiness.
- Serve with spicy garlic aioli or fry sauce.

These pair great with our ultimate cheese burgers and balsamic portobello burgers.
