P’tot Wedges

Ingredients

  • 5–6 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into wedges (duh)
  • 2 tbsp fry seasoning
  • 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Directions

  1. Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 435º F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and give 'em a toss.
  3. Plop the p’tots onto baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until your desired crispiness.
  4. Serve with spicy garlic aioli or fry sauce.
