Churro Cheesecake Bars

  • 9x13 baking dish
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Spatula


  • 2 crescent sheets - like these
  • 2–8oz packages of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided in 1/2 cups
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla - measure with your heart
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray the baking dish with cooking spray - set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Using half of the cinnamon and sugar mixture coat the bottom of the baking dish. Make sure to cover every square inch.
  4. Unroll one of the crescent sheets and lay it within the baking dish. Again making sure it covers the whole pan.
  5. In a large mixing bowl whisk together the egg, cream cheese, vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar. Whisk until no large clumps of cream cheese are present. 1
  6. Using the spatula evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the dough.
  7. Open and unroll the second crescent sheet, place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Utilizing the remainder of the cinnamon and sugar mix, coat the top of the dough evenly.
  9. Place in 350°F oven for 30 minutes, let cool then cut into bars and serve.


  1. You can also utilize a hand mixer if you’re feelin' frisky.
